Solgar's leading joint protector. A high strength combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin which research has shown may be of benefit for joint protection and repair. Numerous studies have shown glucosamine's ability to help maintain good joint health, including reduction of pain and inflammation. The inclusion of MSM in this combination is due to the fact that studies have shown MSM may help to restore flexibilty.

Ingredients

Two (2) tablets contain: Vegetable Glucosamine Hydrochloride 1500 mg Chondroitin (as chondroitin sulfate) 1200 mg MSM (as methylsulfonylmethane) 700 mg Cellulose Gum Anti-caking Agents: magnesium stearate*, silicon dioxide Glazing Agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose Vegetable Glycerin * made from vegetable stearic acid.

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
