One (1) 0.5ml dropper provides:
Sunflower Seed Oil, flavour: natural orange, vitamin D3 62.5ug (2500iu, as cholecalciferol), mixed tocopherols
Directions
As a food supplement for adults, 0.5ml once or twice daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
