Studies have shown that plant sterols may help to reduce cholesterol. Phytosterols appear to reduce cholesterol by inhibiting the absorbion of dietary cholesterol within the intestines. As there are a limited number of receptors for cholesterol attachment and absorbtion, phytosterols are able to physically block the cholesterol and prevent the body from absorbing it. Research suggests a recommended intake of approximately 2g of phytosterols daily to support optimum cholesterol levels.

Two (2) softgels provide:
Phytosterol Complex (from soy) 1000mg: Total Sterol Esters 900mg (inc. beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, brassicasterol).
Other ingredients: Softgel Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin), Caramel.
Directions:
As a food supplement for adults,
two (2) softgels twice daily, with meals, or as directed
