Six (6) tablets provide: Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate. Soya Lecithin (unbleached) 1200mg, Grapefruit Powder Concentrate 300mg (equivalent to 12 grams of whole grapefruit), Cider Vinegar Powder 240 mg, Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.  Cellulose Gum, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg, Iodine (as potassium iodide prep.) 210 ug

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets three times daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.  Do not exceed directions for use.
