Solgar Joint Modulators
• Glucosamine Sulphate – an amino sugar that is a significant component of joint membranes and synovial (lubricating) fluid. May help to reduce inflammation, pain and stiffness.
• DLPA – a combination of the D and L forms of the essential amino acid, phenylalanine. Helps to reduce the sensation of pain in chronic conditions.
• Botanical extracts – such as turmeric, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant/free-radical scavenger. Other anti-inflammatory properties are noted in the grape seed extract.
• Vitamin C – essential in production of collagen (a primary component of cartilage). Also protects against free-radical damage.
• Manganese – required for the synthesis of connective tissue in the joints.
Directions
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a carbohydrate meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
